When booking your event things we will ask.
1. Date and time of event
2. Location with direction.
3. Contact person, name, address and phone number.
4. If any permits are required you will be charged for them.
5. We will provide you with an insurance certificate if requested.
6. We will need a place for disposal of our garbage.
7. We limit our serving time at events to 2-3 hours.
8. All bookings must guarantee at least 200 people to book the event. If you do not reach that number you will still be charged for 200 people.
9. We charge a set up and travel fee of $75.00 for each booking added to your final total.
10. There will be an 18% gratuity charge added to your final total.
11. All bookings require a $150.00 deposit to hold your date.
12. If you cancel your event 48 hours or less, you forfeit your deposit.
13. All guarantees need to be called in three days prior to event.
14. Our pricing is per person plus sales tax. If we serve in excess of the number guaranteed you will be charged according.
15. Payment is expected at the completion of the event unless other arrangements have been made prior.
